How do I place an order?

1. Browse our website to find the item you would like to order

2. Choose your Size

3. Select the Quantity you would to order  

4. Click 'Add to Cart'. A cart will open from the right showing you items you have added. You can add as many items as you wish to buy by repeating the above steps 

5. When you have finished browsing the website, click on the Cart icon on the top right 

6. Click on Checkout at the bottom of the Cart

7. Enter your contact information, delivery address, payment details and click on 'Complete order'

You will receive an email/SMS confirming that we have received your order.

Your order will then be verified via phone by our Customer Service team and dispatched for delivery as soon as possible.

Does adding an item to the cart mean that the item is reserved for me?

Just adding the product in the cart does not mean the product is reserved for you. The product is not yours until you place an order.

Can I cancel my order after I check out?

Your order cannot be cancelled via the website once you have checked out. However, you can cancel the order when you receive a verification call from our Customer Service. If you want to cancel after the verification call, Refund & Exchange Policy shall apply. 

Can I add more items to my order after I check out?

Yes, please contact our Customer Services at 0348-7766221 immediately.

What does it mean if I don’t receive an email/SMS confirmation after I check out?

If you have not received a confirmation by email/SMS within one hour it means your order hasn’t been successfully placed.

 

PAYMENT

What payment options are available?

We offer Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit card, Bank Account transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa and a range of other payment options.

What does Cash on Delivery mean?

It means you will make the payment to the courier service when you receive your items at your doorstep.

You will be provided with a receipt at the time of making the payment.

Can I get a Refund?

Yes, you can easily request a Refund or Exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for details.

 

DELIVERY

How long will my order take to arrive?

Normally 3 to 5 days after placing your order. International deliveries may take 2-3 weeks. 

Can I track the status of my delivery?

Yes, you will be provided with a tracking ID as soon as your order is dispatched, which you can use to track your delivery.

What is the difference between Order # and Tracking ID?

Order # will be issued at the time you place an order and will be included in the confirmation you receive via email/SMS.

Tracking ID will be issued at the time your order is dispatched and can be used to track the status of delivery.

How many times does the courier service agent attempt to deliver my order?

If you are not available to receive your order, the agent will attempt to contact you. Your order may be automatically cancelled if you fail to receive the order the second time as well.

Are the prices inclusive of delivery charges?

Yes, delivery within Pakistan is completely FREE for orders over Rs 2000. Delivery charges of Rs 250 will apply on orders below Rs 2000.

Do I need to have an account to shop with you?

You can place your order as a guest without creating an account too, however, creating an account will make your shopping process easier.

Your account will save details like your name, contact information and delivery address so you don't have to enter these next time you shop with us.

How do I create an account?

- Click on ‘Login’ in the menu on home page

- Click on 'Create one' at the bottom

- Enter your name, email and password 

- Hit 'Create my account'

What if I forget my password?

- Click on ‘Login’ in the menu on home page

- Click on ‘Forgot password?’ 

- Enter your email address and click on ‘Recover’.

A set of instructions will be sent to your registered email ID to reset your password.
